Pinchbeck Angels
The Pinchbeck Angels are wooden sculptures attached to the hammerbeam brackets of the Nave roof. They were erected circa 1490 by Thomas de Pynchbecke. Each angel bears a shield emblazoned with a heraldic coat of arms belonging of a branch of the de Pynchbecke family.
